Dein Sommer auf Malta - 4 Wochen

​

Datum:

  • 4 Wochen vom 01.07.2023 bis 29.07.2023*

  • 4 Wochen vom 05.08.2023 bis 02.09.2023*

Mögliche Tätigkeitsbereiche:

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Back-Office

  • Büroarbeiten im Tourismus, vor allem in Hotels

  • Online Marketing

  • Social Media für Shops

  • Und noch andere mehr

 

Achtung: Unbezahltes Praktikum

Gruppengröße wird je Zeitraum mit 15 Teilnehmer*innen begrenzt

 

Im Angebot enthalten:

  • Reisekosten: Anreise und Abreise

  • Versicherung über PROTRIP-WORLD 

  • Airport Transport auf Malta: vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft und retour bei An- bzw. Abreise

  • Lokaltransporte auf Malta (öffentlicher Verkehr)

  • Unterkunft in einer Gastfamilie in Mehrbettzimmer (“shared bedrooms”)

  • Halbpension (Frühstück und Abendessen)

  • Englischsprachkurs in der ersten Woche & Online-Einstufungstest im Vorfeld

  • Soziale Aktivitäten in der ersten Woche

  • YSGE-Begleitperson in der ersten Woche

 

Kosten für das Praktikum:

  • 4 Wochen: € 900,00

 

Anmeldung und Vorbereitung auf das Praktikum:

  1. Melden Sie sich bis einschließlich 31.01.2023 online hier unten an.

  2. Bei der Onlineanmeldung geben Sie als Schüler*in die Tätigkeitsbereiche an, für die Sie sich bei Ihrem Praktikum interessieren.

  3. Sie schicken bitte bis 31.01.2023 Ihren englischen Lebenslauf, Ihren Reisepass und gegebenenfalls einen Aufenthaltstitel an youngstyrians@stvg.com .

  4. Wir kontrollieren Ihre Unterlagen und informieren Sie über den Status Ihrer Anmeldung.

  5. Sie, und/oder Ihre Erziehungsberechtigten, schließen mit der STVG/YSGE und der maltesischen Partnerorganisation Ihre Praktikumsverträge ab.

  6. Sie nehmen als YSGE-Teilnehmer*in verpflichtend am #goEurope-Workshop der STVG teil.

  7. Sie bereiten sich unterstützt vom YSGE-Team auf das Praktikum vor.

Internship in Ireland
8 weeks

​

Dates:

  • 8 weeks from the 10 June until the 5 August 2023*

 

Attention: unpaid internship

Group size is limited to 15 participants

 

Possible areas of responsibility:

​

  • Sector of hospitality:​​

    • Internships in 3-5 stars hotels in almost all departments of the hotels, depending on the preference of the individual applying

    • Possible hotels of internships depending on the quality of the application:​

      • Clayton Hotels

      • Maldron Hotels

      • The Conrad Hotel (part of Hilton Hotels)

      • The Intercontinental Hotel

      • The Westin Hotel

      • The Shelbourne Hotel (part of Autograph Collection Hotels)

      • Administration work in Back Office at Hotels

  • Administration work in general

  • Creche/kindergarten internships – childcare (Attention -> Application needs to be ready until End of January)

 

Our services:

  • Travel cost: Austria-Ireland-Austria

  • Meet & greet on arrival at Dublin Airport

  • Airport transfer from and to Dublin Airport (arrival and departure)

  • Welcome meeting during the first week to discuss placements and the internship programme

  • Local travel card for the whole internship period.

  • 91 days / 56 days of accommodation in a host family: half-board meal basis, single rooms (including electricity/gas/hot-water, waste disposal, bed linen)

  • 91 days / 56 days of placement in a host company related to the choices of the students and/or her/his competences

  • Monitoring and support throughout the stay

  • Austrian mentor for travel and the first week of stay in Ireland

 

Costs:

  • 8 weeks: € 1300

 

The requirement to apply for this programme:

 

Registration and preparation process for the internship:

  1. Apply and register here until 31 January 2022

  2. Send us your English application and your English CV a copy of your passport, and if necessary, a copy of your residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel)
    to youngstyrians@stvg.com until 31 January 2022

  3. The YSGE project team informs the registered students about the status of their registration and application.

  4. The students and/or their legal guardians sign their respective internship contracts with the STVG/YSGE and our Irish partner organisation.

  5. The YSGE-students participate in our #goEurope workshop and start to prepare themselves for their internship in Ireland.
